Orders

Orders placed online Monday-Thursday before 3pm CST and Fridays before 1pm CST (excluding holidays) will ship same day.
After your order has processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting your account page and selecting the corresponding order number.

Shipping

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
We do! Any orders that are $300 or more automatically qualify for free shipping. We also carry select items that ship for free as well.
When you purchase items marked with "This Item Ships for Free," you qualify for the "Free Shipping Item" shipping method.

**You will not receive the "Free Shipping Item" option if your cart contains items other than those marked with "This Item Ships for Free." You will not be charged for free shipping items included in your cart, but any additional items will ship at their regular rates.**
Shipping speed varies based on the shipping method used for the order. Below are three diagrams that show estimated delivery time frames for each shipping provider:

Fedex Ground/Home Delivery

Please note:

  • The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. For specific transit time information from one ZIP/Postal code to another, please go to Get Rates & Transit Times under the Ship tab on fedex.com.
  • FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

    Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.

We offer a variety of shipping options from FEDEX, UPS, and USPS.
Currently we only ship to the US.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or your purchased item(s) does not fit your application, you may return it in its unused condition and original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order. Feel free to email or call for an RMA number and please be sure to include why you are returning the item(s) and your contact information.

We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your item(s) less shipping and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us at sales@dzsalesllc.com or (615) 893-8508 with any questions.

Billing and Payment Information

When making a purchase, you can make a payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, or American Express cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay for online orders. Under no circumstances do we accept terms or purchase orders as suitable methods of payment.

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Rewards' tab to get started.

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Nope! Your points will never expire.

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
