How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping speed varies based on the shipping method used for the order. Below are three diagrams that show estimated delivery time frames for each shipping provider:
Fedex Ground/Home Delivery
This map illustrates service schedules in business days as of June, 2019 for FedEx Ground shipments Please Note: Packages picked up from a residence may have one additional transit day. For faster returns please drop off at a staffed FedEx location.
- The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. For specific transit time information from one ZIP/Postal code to another, please go to Get Rates & Transit Times under the Ship tab on fedex.com.
- FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
- Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.

What are my shipping options?
We offer a variety of shipping options from FEDEX, UPS, and USPS.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we only ship to the US and canada.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed online Monday-Thursday before 3pm CST (excluding holidays) will ship same day.
How can I track my order?
After your order has processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting your account page and selecting the corresponding order number.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or your purchased item(s) does not fit your application, you may return it in its unused condition and original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order. Feel free to email or call for an RMA number and please be sure to include why you are returning the item(s) and your contact information.
We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your item(s) less shipping and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us at

What are my payment choices?
When making a purchase, you can make a payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, or American Express cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay for online orders. Under no circumstances do we accept terms or purchase orders as suitable methods of payment.
How do I participate?

How can I earn points?
You can earn points by participating in any of our innovative promotions! Simply click on the 'Earn Rewards' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!
What can I redeem my points for?
Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. Just visit the 'Earn Rewards' tab to view all of our exciting reward options.
How do I redeem my points?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Earn Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.
How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this popup.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Rewards' tab to get started.
Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!
Do my points expire?
Nope! Your points will never expire.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Earn Rewards' tab.
What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?
From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
