CAT40 to ISO40 Adapter

Unique product to DZ Sales

The CAT40 to ISO40 Adapter allows the machinist to use the same CNC holder in a conventional ISO40 machine by simply changing the retention knob/pull stud for this cheap but effective adapter.

So instead of buying a new holder, you just purchase the OTT retention knob/pull stud and exchange the pull stud to convert the holder from CAT40 to a standard SK holder for a conventional machine. This adapter has a 5/8-11 male to fit a cat 40 holder and a M16 female to fit an ISO draw bar.

Surprised that you are asking for a REVIEW on a Product that you no longer produce. NOT a good experience... ID threads are not finished to depth/size !! Draw bar or any 5/8 X 11 screw with only thread in about two threads! Very poor attention to detail by the machinist and complete failure on the part of QC/QA. Tim

I am surprised that you are writing anything but nice things. After you received the first 2 you called to order the last one I had in stock. We have sold many of these and they worked well with the correct application. They are not intended to adapt to NMTB40. If you aren't happy with them you may return them for a full refund if they are not altered in any way. Thanks for your review.
